  • What is included with your FREE estimate?

    All of our estimates include a fully detailed scope of the work to be completed and a price range for completion. You will receive a written report with a breakdown of the cost and time estimated for your project within 2-3 business days.

  • How do you handle any unexpected issues or changes during the remodeling process?

    We have a project manager who handles unexpected issues and changes during the remodeling process. These are documented in a "Change Order" for client review prior to any continuation. 

  • What is your process for communicating with clients during the remodeling project?

    We have regular communication with clients through in-person meetings, phone calls, and email updates. Clients will also have a client portal to view photos, permits, notes, and chat with the project support team. 

  • How do you handle permits and inspections required for the remodeling project?

    We handle permits and inspections required for the remodeling project to ensure compliance with local building codes.

  • Do you bill my homeowner's insurance?

    We cannot bill your insurance, but we will provide all the documentation that you need to support your claim for reimbursement. 

  • How do you handle payment for the remodeling project?

    We collect a 20-50% deposit on all projects; depending on scope. Payment for the remainder is typically broken down into installments throughout the project timeline and and documented in your agreement. We accept several payment methods for your convenience:

  • Do you offer any financing options for remodeling projects?

    We do offer financing options for remodeling projects through HEARTH and other recommended third-party lenders.
